Jim Sidwell – President

Jim brings a wealth of expertise to the field of security, with an impressive tenure of over 45 years. His journey in this sector encompasses a broad range of experiences, including contract guard security, as well as retail and warehouse security management. In 1992, Jim founded Sidwell Protection Services, Inc., driven by his vision to establish a company that excels in providing custom-tailored security solutions, catering specifically to the needs of its clientele. During his 32 years as President, Jim has built a stellar reputation that stands as a testament to Sidwell Protection Services’ commitment to the highest standard of service.

Austin Sidwell – Vice President

Austin is highly educated and a decorated former U.S. Air Force officer, he brings a robust blend of military discipline and business acumen to his role. He is a graduate of The United States Air Force Academy, holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University, where he graduated as a Distinguished Graduate, and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate. at Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, projecting to graduate in December 2025.
